I’m Valentina Duong.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), providing guidance to experienced athletes, coaches and individuals after change. My specialities include optimising nutrition for health, body composition, recovery and peak performance.
I’m passionate about taking the confusion and anxiety out of nutrition, so that you can fuel your performance and feel your best. My background in psychology and experience representing Australia in powerlifting, have given me a well-rounded, intimate understanding of the nutrition challenges people face and how to overcome them.
